Laurie and Larry are Retiring!

Larry and Laurie have decided that this will be their last season operating the Laurie Swim Gallery. After 22 years they feel their time in the gallery is coming to a close. Laurie will continue to make art as she has done for the past 54 years and Larry will promote her work as he has for the past 47 years. 

Located in the heart of "Old Town" Lunenburg, Nova Scotia, a celebrated UNESCO World Heritage Site, the Laurie Swim Gallery showcases the stunning textile artwork of nationally and internationally recognized, award-winning visual artist and author Laurie Swim.

The Gallery, located in one of Lunenburg's most striking historic buildings, shows a selection of Laurie’s original artwork alongside renowned artists from across Nova Scotia.
